Our aggregates meet the standards of the Canadian Standards Association, CSA A23.1/A23.2 Concrete Materials and Methods of Concrete Construction/Methods of Testing for Concrete. This Standard includes various test methods for evaluating the quality of the aggregates used in the concrete.
Our aggregates meet the Standard of the Bureau de normalisation du Québec NQ 2560-114 Travaux de génie civil – Granulats (Civil Engineering Work—Aggregates).
Our internal laboratories and external auditors can attest to the quality of our products.
We have implemented an internal quality program using the Qualité Agrégats Qualigranulat manual. In this manual, aggregates are classified based on their intrinsic and production characteristics. Intrinsic characteristics primarily mean wear resistance and abrasion resistance. Production characteristics primarily involve fragmentation and form.
